Some years ago the Adam Smith Institute famously spent GBP250,000 on a song and video by Tanzania's Captain John Komba extolling the virtues of privatisation. Komba is, and was then, the main man with Tanzania One Theatre, the ruling CCM party's entertainment troupe. The EPRDS video doesn't seem to have had such funds lavished on it, but you never know.
