Mapping rebel groups in the Congo

A bit of perspective - if M23 totally disappeared from the face of the earth tomorrow, there would still be more than 25 armed groups operating in the eastern DRC. All Rwanda's fault?

Sorry - I just finished "Dancing in the Glory of Monsters" and remembered this post. Well, Rwanda and Uganda pretty much started the second Congo war, which led to the creation of most of these armed groups as extensions to the main invasion force. So yes, I think we could say that this problem is largely Rwanda's fault.

I suppose if you include the FDLR as "Rwanda"?...
