I don't feel sorry for you having had to have lived there anymore - look at that paved road and solar powered traffic lights!
Er dude, this is how much paved road there is in Juba - 13.4km.

And my house was 10 minutes drive from tarmac. And there were no solar powered traffic lights when I was there!
